I am a global business leader who serves as an advisor, mentor, thought solutions leader, and coach to corporate leaders and their teams, as well as to individuals working to release their inner brilliance.

I led successful teams and achieved extraordinary results working for the US Army, as well as the following companies: Celgard, LLC, Masterfoods USA (A Mars Inc. Company), Intel Corporation, PepsiCo, and Anheuser Busch, Inc.

I help people and organizations Develop Talent, Embrace and Drive Change, Solve Problems, Stimulate Innovation, Accelerate Performance, and Achieve Extraordinary Results through my learning and development company OneSCSI.

My mantra is “From Possibility to Actuality.”

I gained and continue to garner my experience from being “one of the international citizens of the world who has an address at 400 World Street.” My breadth of international experience includes living in, working in, being schooled, and leading, managing, and building successful teams in the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Europe.

I earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a B.S. from the University of Maryland. I also earned management certificates from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Georgia Institute of Technology.
